Landscaping in the Center of Korolev Avenue

This is what our town looks like during warm seasons. Practically all avenues and central streets delight the eye with flowerbeds, green spaces,
plant sculptures and other landscaping elements. There exists the opinion that too much money from the city budget is being spent
for landscape gardening, actually much more than for medicine and education. As long as I do not study in the city and do not get medical
treatment here then it looks like I have nothing to rebel against. And still...
