The Copper Horseman on Senate Square (2)

One of the most famous places of Saint Peterburg is a monument erected by Falconet in honor of Peter the 1st. People call this monument ″copper horseman″ thanks to Alexander Sergeyevich Pushkin′s good graces. I got back to the monument in the afternoon so the scaffolding which covered the building of the Senate was overcastted by shade and did not strike the eye on the picture. An idea turned to be good, but when shooting the panorama I should have come nearer to the monument.
