Smolny Cathedral
Smolny Cathedral is one of my favourite ones in Saint Petersburg. It so happened that during our first visit to the city we saw the cathedral from a distance and every other day we was going to come to it. We did it at the last day and we were not disappointed. It did not matter that instead of usual decoration there was an exhibition on perestroika topic with the portraits of Gorbachev. Anyway this amazing creation of Rastrelly made a great impression on me and every time I visit Saint Petersburg I try to visit Smolny just feast eyes on it :)
